滾輪皮帶秤
由重力(li)傳(chuan)遞系統(tong)、滾(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)、計(ji)(ji)數器(qi)和(he)速度盤(pan)組成(cheng)(圖1 )。速度盤(pan)轉(zhuan)速正(zheng)比于皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)速度。滾(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)滾(gun)(gun)動的角速度正(zheng)比于皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)上(shang)通過(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)量。滾(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)在速度盤(pan)上(shang)滾(gun)(gun)動的位置由物(wu)(wu)料(liao)的重力(li)大小來調整。當皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)上(shang)沒(mei)有(you)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)時(shi),滾(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)靠近速度盤(pan)中心,轉(zhuan)速為零,計(ji)(ji)數器(qi)不(bu)累(lei)計(ji)(ji);當皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)上(shang)有(you)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)時(shi),滾(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)隨(sui)著重力(li)變大向周邊移動,并帶(dai)(dai)動計(ji)(ji)數器(qi)記下(xia)皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)上(shang)通過(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)總(zong)量。
