電子(zi)皮帶(dai)秤(cheng),由鋼制機械秤(cheng)架,測(ce)速傳感(gan)器(qi),高精度測(ce)重傳感(gan)器(qi),電子(zi)皮帶(dai)秤(cheng)控(kong)制顯示儀表等組成(cheng),能對固體物(wu)料進行連續動態計量。

稱(cheng)重時,承重裝(zhuang)置將(jiang)皮帶(dai)(dai)上(shang)物料(liao)(liao)的重力傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)到稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)(chuan)感器上(shang),稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)(chuan)感器即(ji)輸出正比(bi)于物料(liao)(liao)重力的電壓(mV)信號,經放(fang)大(da)器放(fang)大(da)后送(song)(song)模/數(shu)轉(zhuan)換器變成數(shu)字(zi)量A,送(song)(song)到運(yun)算(suan)器;物料(liao)(liao)速(su)度輸入速(su)度傳(chuan)(chuan)感器后,速(su)度傳(chuan)(chuan)感器即(ji)輸出脈沖數(shu)B,也(ye)送(song)(song)到運(yun)算(suan)器;運(yun)算(suan)器對A、B進(jin)行(xing)運(yun)算(suan)后,即(ji)得(de)到這(zhe)一測量周期的物料(liao)(liao)量。對每一測量周期進(jin)行(xing)累計,即(ji)可(ke)得(de)到皮帶(dai)(dai)上(shang)連續通過的物料(liao)(liao)總量。
